I've been driving around with a BIG crack in my windshield right at eye level on the driver's side for months. Turns out that "maintenance and repair technicians" are essential services so I could get my windshield crack dealt with during the current COVID-19 shutdown across the state. Titan was awesome - they came right to my house and replaced the whole windshield in my Mini. It was super fast and easy AND I watched as they cleaned everything and wiped down the surfaces even though the tech was wearing gloves the whole time - he even cleaned the keys before returning them to me! I called my insurance company and told them I wanted my windshield replaced by Titan. (They had replaced the windshield on my other car several years ago.)
