My windshield was replaced today. It's was a great experience with this company. The scheduling team contacted me back quickly after I had emailed them. The staff(Shaun) had come to my house in the morning and finished his job in 1 hour. He did his job very well. He peeled all the stickers off and put them back carefully and organized the cable of Dash Cam. He made it better than the original. Shaun and his team are the best! From start to finish, this was an excellent customer experience.

I went with Titan after seeing all the awesome reviews, and l was not disappointed. Scheduling the work was a breeze. Pankti walked me through how to loop in insurance, and she let me know what to expect every step of the way. Shaun was every bit the friendly professional. He arrived right when he said he would, explained the replacement process, and got to it. He clearly knows his stuff -- he worked efficiently, did a beautiful job, and remained super informative and affable during the post-op review.

I needed a windshield replacement and after reading some reviews, I opted for Titan Auto Glass and was very glad I did. Shaun was extremely professional and replaced the windshield on my car in my work parking lot so I didn't even need to travel anywhere. Shaun explained the whole process with great detail and answered all of my questions. The whole process took under 2 hours and my windshield looks even better than it did before. Titan Auto Glass is the real deal.  I am so impressed by their professionalism, quality of service and kindness.  My Toyota Tacoma needed a new windshield and I didn’t want to go to a large installer like safelite because I have read and heard the horror stories. Shaun came right to me and installed my windshield. It looks amazing. They used OEM spec and quality glass that I know is perfect for my truck. Shaun replaced my front windshield for my 2008 Infiniti G35s a while back and now replaced the front windshield for my 2008 Lexus RX400H. The staff is amazing with communication. I had my appointment rescheduled due to weather a few times and his staff would always confirm with me to make sure I will be available. From start to finish getting my windshield replaced with Titan was a seamless experience. They answered all of my questions on the phone and walked me through the process of coordinating with my insurance. Sean went out of his way to verify all of the details of the replacement, and even caught a mistake I made in specifying the front camera features of my car. The installation and calibration were flawless and the windshield he installed is frankly better than the original one from Mazda. I had a leak in my Expedition windshield and Titan was quick to respond. During the installation of the new windshield, the tech took the time to show me the issue with why it was leaking. He pointed out that the last company to do the install did a very poor quality job and educated me. He encouraged me to watch what he was doing. Great service and highly recommend to anyone. My Subaru Outback needed a new windshield and Cityside Subaru recommended Titan auto glass. Very helpful staff that actually calls you back and makes sure everything is done right. Shawn, thank you for such a clean and thorough replacement. Titan was great start to finish. Customer service was excellent and they were able to coordinate a windshield replacement while my car was getting maintenance at my local shop. Being a car enthusiast, I was worried about getting a cheap aftermarket replacement, but they only use top quality glass.
